The end customer DOES receive value for the small additional amount. I also own an Echo 1. I have had not a single issue with it in all the times I have used it (or it has been used on ME). It seems that "they" always like to throw their weight around and throw their opinions around and BASH anyone that does not agree with their lofty opinions. I personally bought an Echo 1 AEG for my brother, and he has done nothing but RAVE about it. No problems, no issues, and for my money, that kind of happiness is absolutely worth the extra $23.50 over the JG version. So, to ANYONE who is thinking of getting an ECHO 1 and hears the clap trap about how they offer nothing, IGNORE THEM. It was absolutely worth it for me.
